Meet Eliza

Hello all!

Glad you’re here.   My broad goal these days is to develop Creating Legacy and the Creating Legacy Network with my gal pal and business partner, Dolly Garlo.  I aspire to coaching the Global Village from down the street, around the corner, in the neighborhood.  And I support collaborative coaching research around the world with a focus on bridging intergenerational conversations.

I am a life coach and community developer. I have coached teens, young adults, physicians, emerging and established leaders in diverse professions and organizations since the late 90’s. While new to coaching, I worked with Thomas Leonard on the launch of his Attraction and Million Dollar Coach programs, assisting Thomas to go into full virtual production. Whew – what a ride!

Before that, I spent over 25 years developing client-focused, team medicine models while working in physical therapy, primary care, surgery and rehabilitation medicine. At the University of Washington Medical Center, I used coaching skills and models to enhance and improve client-family-healthcare provider interactions. My most cherished accolade was being dubbed the ‘heart and soul’ of the medical team by one of my physician colleagues. Priceless!
